I confirm and declare the following:

1. I am operating as a self-employed independent contractor and not as an employee or worker of Trade Source Group or any Hirer I am introduced to through the Roofing Source platform.

2. I understand that Roofing Source is an introduction service only and that no employment relationship, agency relationship or worker status is created between myself and Trade Source Group by virtue of my registration or use of the platform.

3. I am responsible for my own tax affairs including income tax, National Insurance contributions and VAT registration where applicable.

4. I am responsible for maintaining my own insurance appropriate to my work including public liability insurance.

5. I understand that the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) may apply to payments made to me by Hirers and that it is my responsibility to understand and comply with my CIS obligations.

6. I confirm that I have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

7. I confirm that all qualifications, certifications and experience declared on my profile are genuine and accurate.

8. I understand that providing false information may result in immediate removal from the platform and potential legal action.
