The Roofing Trade Deserved Better

Finding verified roofing labour has always been harder than it should be. Generic agencies send you anyone who calls themselves a roofer. WhatsApp groups are chaotic. Word of mouth runs dry. And skilled operatives — the ones who really know their systems — are invisible to the hirers who need them most.

We built Roofing Source to change that. A B2B only platform where every operative is verified, every hirer is checked against Companies House, and every placement is matched by discipline, roofing system, certifications and availability. Not just a roofer. The right roofer.

The roofing industry has unique complexity that generic labour platforms simply don't understand — manufacturer approvals, system-specific training, CIS requirements, CSCS card grades. We built Roofing Source specifically for this industry, with every feature designed around how the roofing trade actually works.

Where We're Going

Roofing Source is the first platform in what will become the Trade Source Group — a family of B2B labour marketplaces covering every major UK trade.

We're starting with roofing because it's the trade we know best. Once Roofing Source is established, we will expand Trade Source Group to cover 30 UK trades — giving every trade professional in the country access to a platform built specifically for them.

The longer term vision is international expansion — Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA and South Africa — and ultimately a global labour migration platform connecting skilled trades workers across borders.
